Camp Lead Inc. is located on the property of 3 Heifers Farm in Fairmount, Indiana.

Gavin Wilson, Co-Founder/Director
Gavin Wilson is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Elementary Education and minors in Psychology of Human Development and Strategic Communication. Wilson is currently enrolled in Ball State’s Master’s program pursuing Educational Administration and Supervision. He is also working towards certificates in Gifted and Talented Education and Middle Level Education.
Wilson has worked with and taught every grade level (K-12) either through professional classroom experience, after-school programming, or substitute teaching. Most notably, he served as the Summer Camp Director at Camp Adventure with Muncie Community Schools for two years immediately after graduating from Ball State.
Wilson has an extreme passion for outdoor education and wants to help students succeed in every aspect of life. He is dedicated to matching work to student ability, incorporating student interests into work, and building long-lasting bonds with every student.
